Delivery and Shipping 

• Orders are sent with DPD Local

Standard Shipping Tracked 2-3 Days £4.99

First Class Shipping Next Day before 2pm £7.99

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

 

 Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

•  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the attachments of the tags.

•  Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Please ship the return product(s) to our store address.

Please make a note on the packing slip if you are returning an item mentioning what your requirements are, for example "Return" or "exchange for …" and once we receive we will notify you and carry out the appropriate action.

 

 Refunds 

•  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)

• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  

• Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item.

 

Faulty Items

Before orders are sent out, an inspection for any faults will be carried out by our team to make sure the product is in the correct condition. Please be advised, if you receive a product which is faulty, or within 30 days of purchased date, a genuine manufacturing fault occurs, then we can take the case forward. Beyond this, or through general wear and tear we do hold the right to refuse responsibility. If it is something we can arrange to resolve beyond the 30 day period, we are happy to try our best.

Faulty items will be inspected by our team and then once determined the course of action, whether this being repaired, exchange or refund we will proceed.
